For us, magic is a kind of metaphor for the problem of reality we have on Planet Earth. Illusion is not only widespread. It is a pandemic. It occurs on every level of life. Illusion crowds out a great deal of reality.
In this digest, we look at the Magician or Illusionist as a metaphor for that veil of reality we so wish to penetrate. To that end, we will look at many borderline types of activities, practices and phenomena- some pointing at illusion but other covering up a magnificent vista of new and promising reality.
